pleasant stay at a superb hotel
clean roomsauna areahelpful staff
my stay was quite enjoyable the room was very clean and well maintained I used the gym every day it had a good selection of equipment i also enjoyed the sauna and pool the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious the staff were all friendly and helpful.
i noticed some wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures .

the hotel is near bts stations this provides easy access to shopping malls and dining options several large shopping malls are located around the hotel with a variety of choices for both dining and shopping.

the staff were consistently courteous the concierge team assisted with arranging taxis and providing city information the staff in the lobby café made great coffee and allowed me to practice speaking thai each morning.

My experience was frustrating. the cleanliness was definitely subpar. i found several hairs next to the bathtub and under wet coasters near the sink. the bathroom's design was also flawed. Water constantly leaked outside the tub if you didn't sit fully inside it. housekeeping only superficially wiped up the water, leaving it uncleaned throughout my four-night stay.

the staff were helpful. they offered assistance with directions. breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good (especially the omelets). the room was clean. the bed was comfortable. i was able to sleep well.
my room faced the main road. it was noisy at times. (i suggest asking for a room away from the street.)
